June 2025
I am leading an enterprise-wide observability initiative aimed at consolidating logging across all systems at LPL Financial. Our solution utilizes Kafka and the ELK stack to offer centralized log processing, fine-grained administrative controls, automated log-level adjustments, intelligent filtering of sensitive data, and adaptive scalability.
The initial release this weekend will focus on legacy systems, while we are also developing extensible client libraries to facilitate seamless integration into new applications.
September 2023
I was promoted to Principal Engineer, a role equivalent to Vice President in our organizational structure. I am driving the strategic design of internal common libraries and advancing the architecture of our enterprise-wide distributed services ecosystem.
June 2023
I was selected to participate in LPL Financial’s Emerging Leaders Program, an award-winning leadership development initiative for AVPs and VPs identified as top talent with high potential for continued growth. The program emphasizes business acumen, general management, and servant leadership, and provides opportunities to collaborate with leaders and peers across the firm on enterprise-level challenges and initiatives.
